Euromaster PU Windshield Adhesive

PU Windshield Adhesive is a one-component, moisture-curing polyurethane adhesive specifically designed for automotive glass bonding applications.

Applications

Mainly used for fixing vehicle windshields onto the body frame, ensuring a durable and reliable bond.

*Due to variations in paint composition and quality, compatibility between the paint and the fully cured adhesive should always be tested prior to application.

Application Instructions

• Remove the damaged glass and ensure the surface is clean, dry and free of contaminants.
• Shake the polyurethane windshield primer thoroughly for at least 30 seconds before use.
• Apply the primer along the edge of the glass surface and allow it to dry completely.
• Make sure the primed surface is fully dry before proceeding.
• Cut the cartridge nozzle to the required size and shape; a triangular cut is recommended for optimal contact.
• Application using a pneumatic caulking gun is advised.
• Apply the adhesive directly onto the glass surface.
• Position the glass using masking tape as a guide and press firmly to ensure full adhesion.
